Two years have passed since the battle in the Antarctic. Fragments of the Arctic “Mir” have been scattered all over the planet. There are now a total of seven “Mir” on the planet, which continue to learn emotions from humans and thus influence their life forms, the Festum.

The world is thus at war. Only the island of Tatsumiya tries to stay out of it as far as possible because the inhabitants are trying a kind of coexistence with their own “Mir”. At some point, this calls General Narain onto the scene, who strives for something similar. Through the girl Emery, who can communicate with the “Mir”, he learns of Miwa, who also possesses this ability. From her, he hopes to make contact with a new “Mir”, Altair, which is on its way to Earth and can massively disturb the balance. However, when Miwa arrives at Ashoka the World Tree, the “Mir” in Narain’s care, the base is attacked. As a result, the “Core” of the “Mir” of Tatsumiya Island awakens again and sends Kazuki, Soushi and their friends into battle once more. But for this, they have to activate “Mark Sein” and “Mark Nicht” again …

At the same time, however, it becomes apparent that the Human Army, which is actually an ally, does not seem to pursue the same goals. Thus, a fight among humans is also imminent!

Zwei Jahre sind seit der Schlacht in der Antarktis vergangen. Überall auf dem Planeten wurden Bruchstücke des arktischen »Mir« verstreut. Insgesamt gibt es damit nun sieben »Mir« auf dem Planeten, die weiterhin von den Menschen Emotionen erlernen und somit ihre Lebensformen, die Festum, beeinflussen.

Die Welt ist damit im Krieg. Nur die Insel Tatsumiya versucht sich weitestgehend herauszuhalten, weil die Bewohner mit ihrem eigenen »Mir« eine Art Koexistenz versuchen. Das ruft irgendwann General Narain auf den Plan, der Ähnliches anstrebt. Über das Mädchen Emely, die in der Lage ist, mit den »Mir« zu kommunizieren, erfährt er von Miwa, die diese Fähigkeit ebenfalls besitzt. Von ihr erhofft er sich eine Kontaktaufnahme mit einem neuen »Mir«, Altair, das sich auf dem Weg zur Erde befindet und das Gleichgewicht massiv stören kann. Als Miwa jedoch beim Baum von Ashoka, dem »Mir« in Narains Obhut, ankommt, wird die Basis angegriffen. Daraufhin erwacht der »Core« des »Mir« der Insel Tatsumiya erneut und schickt Kazuki, Soushi und ihre Freunde ein weiteres Mal in den Kampf. Doch dafür müssen sie wieder »Mark Sein« und »Mark Nicht« aktivieren …

Gleichzeitig zeichnet sich jedoch auch ab, dass die eigentlich verbündete Human Army nicht die gleichen Ziele zu verfolgen scheint. Somit steht auch ein Kampf unter den Menschen unmittelbar bevor!
